Saturday:

Cycling to town, pick up the goodies pack for tomorrow’s cycling event, walking around the Square. There was an art exhibition over there, plenty of stalls selling art thingy, ice-cream, flowers, strawberry, shirt and many more. There were also animal exhibition, and kind of funfair games.

At night, went swimming with girlfriends. Little baby Fazana also joined us! she is soo cute n adorable. geram gileerrr

Sunday:

The  Lions Tour Manawatu event, yeahh… I just participate in the 20km untimed category. There were also 116km, 80km and 45km categories. Heh, i’m new in biking and just cycling for fun, to enjoy and experience the event here in NZ. And yeahh.. I did enjoyed the ride. Anyway it was quite exhausted since there is about 6-7 km hilly path routes, but worth for beautiful scenery.

Heyyaa..

Went cycling with Noha today. Bike along the Manawatu river. Just need some fresh air and natural environment to relax ourselves after struggling with works and study. It was fun and really enjoyed it. The scenery is so beautiful. We even saw a huge wonderful rainbow. yeayy

im participating in a cycling event; the Lions Tour de Manawatu Cycle Challenge this November, 2009~

This is my first ever event that i’m going to participate in NZ, and hope will be joining more cycing or running events in the future. This is just the beginning of my Sizuka heee heee..

ahaa.. ive to start cycling now! practicing and enjoying my day time here. oh sun, please comes out and shines our day everyday! have a look at my new upgraded good looking sizuka! heeee

It was great biking around esplanade and manawatu riverside, such a beautiful and peaceful environment overhere. oh i love New Zealand! glad to be here, Alhamdulillah. Okay see you guys later~

I dont really want a lot of things from people around me, or important people in my life but just an appreciation.

It is just a very simple thing but yet meaningful. i hope i do show appreciate to all people around me. thanks everyone for those who always cheer up my life.

No matter what other people do or intend to do, never look down on them, although it seems like a small matter for us, but maybe it is something big/ special/important for them. Support them or at least, show respect. Never look DOWN… ever.

Although someone act cool or always seems like he/she never care or mind about anything that people said about him/her, but dont underestimate him/her. He/She still has heart and feeling, and no one never know what deep inside in his/her heart is.  At least, show respect that he/she manages to being cool and choose not to make other people feel bad. well.. dont underestimate anyone, no matter what he/she does or thought about something.

Dont always compare yourself with other people, in term of education level, money, life, family, love, or anything in this world. Every people has their on pathway of life, has their own decision and has their own plan. And not to forget, every people has diferent life background which may affect their attitude and belief as well.

and I have my own life, my own interest (although it always different from others) and my own thoughts. well.. my life decision is never clear, until I can reach certain level and hope can make a rigid and clear plan in life. this is what we call ’step by step.. ouh babehhh’ (nyanyi pulak)

I will try to respect people or try to think positive on other people, and again, be optimistic in anything. We were born with different talents and gifts and were upbringing with different life backgrounds. therefore, the differences among us is actually will colour up our life and affect our environments. So.. make your life colourful, open up your heart and always let your mind accepting other people by being optimistic in everything.

I know, sometimes there is boundary/limit, but hey, give a try. at least u try to cheer up your life and other people life. Even a smile can make his/her day meaningful. I didnt mean that we need to do something for anyone, but at least show a respect to everyone, no matter age, background, or whatever.

be happy and dont worry

Make your life significant to others rather than hoping people to always being good to you, while you are not trying being very good to others. ‘Give and take’ is right, but better stand for this ‘Give more, take less’

I have too many plans in mind.. and it keep on changing time by time

My life now is uncertain, havent got all my exam results yet, still not clear with my research project and feeling so hard to understand all those scientific + medical journal articles. Thinking about going back to basic. Other than that… Ive tried running 2 days ago and still feeling pain on my knee.. i really want to hit the ground back again, because the feeling of running is sooo good, esp in NZ. So sad..

I have to face everything with enthusiasm and will try my best and not to let anyone down, esp my parents, my bestfriend along and of coz UPM and KPT lah..hehe.. Life goes on and we are the one who determine our future undertakings.

To allow possibilities and opportunities in your life remember to keep your doors open…

Along always advise me to strive very hard to achieve what ever we want in life. Although it is so hard to get it, so, we have to use all possibilities wisely and grab all opportunities in life, always open your mind and be optimistic~ yeahh

Mak n Ayah, all your words and advices will always be in mind. Ayah, I still remember the 3M that u said to me on the first day I entered university, UMS. ‘Jaga n Ingat 3M: Maha Esa, Mak ayah and Maruah.’ If I tell my dad how hard is my studies are now, he likes to tease me ‘cemtu la blajaq, jadi student, kalau takmau, balik kawen lah. hehehe‘.

And now..

ill try my best on whatever i’ve had now

and I’m into biking now.. n maybe swimming

and will be waiting and keep on waiting of what ive been waiting for..

Nicol David World’s no 1

she’s WORLD no 1 ! again! and hopefully will maintain her title till next year, next next next year..and next next year.. hahaaaa.. Im proud of her. NICOL DAVID wins the women world’s open 2009 in Amsterdam, and this is her 4th title of the women’s world champion. BIG congratulation to our Nicol Ann David. Keep it up, Nicol!

Im about the same age as her, but hey.. what am I doing now? she’s World no 1 for the 4th time now. her 1st title of the world’s champion was in 2006, at the age of 23. Ohh… Im not even no1 in anything yet? ohh… well well.. ahaa.. nicol is still young (im not saying im still young), and she has got her 4th title of the world’s champion at age 26, well i bet she’s going to maintain her title and will become the longest women holding world’s no 1 squash champion, and eventually will become the LEGEND! Queen of squash ever. Well.. lets live life to the fullest, that’s what Nicol stand for. And she does. Malaysia boleh~

Hey, hey… ive met her several times, 1st in Penang’s airport, 2nd in Piala Nicol David in Penang, 3rd during Msia Open 2007. This is the prove..hehe..
